Return Policy & Warranty Pink Star Beauty


 1. Terms and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns


Hygiene Guarantee: Returns are only possible if the factory packaging and the safety seal (the original manufacturer's rubber seal) have not been removed, broken, cut, or moved. Due to the nature of the product (sanitary/hygienic), the right of withdrawal expires once the seal is broken.


Product Condition: Hair must be undamaged, free of odors (such as perfume or smoke) and in its original packaging.


Cosmetics: We only accept returns of unused and factory-sealed products.


 2. Term and Registration


You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to inform us by email infopinkstarbeauty@gmail.com about your wish to return the product and return it within the same 14 days.


 3. Costs and Shipping Method


Return Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide free return labels. Tracking Required: The package must be shipped with a tracking number via a reputable courier (e.g., PostNL, DHL). Returns are processed exclusively by mail/shipping.


Disclaimer: Please keep your proof of shipment. Pink Star Beauty is not responsible for lost returns shipped without tracking.


 4. Shipping Instructions


Pack the product securely in a sturdy box. Include your order number and shipping information with the package. Drop off the package at a pickup point and select the "with tracking" option. Send the tracking number directly to our email address so we can track the shipment.


 5. Refund


Upon receipt, we perform a rigorous quality control (verification of the factory seal and verification of use). If the product meets all requirements, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used for purchase.


 QUALITY GUARANTEE & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE


We offer a 3-month guarantee on the structure and lifespan of our hair. To qualify for this guarantee, the following strict conditions apply:


Mandatory Care: Our hair extensions undergo a specific finishing process that is exclusively compatible with the pH values of Pink Star Beauty care products. Therefore, the guarantee is only valid when using the specific care products purchased at www.pinkstarbeauty.nl 


Burden of proof: In the event of a complaint, proof of purchase of our cosmetics is required, with a date corresponding to the purchase of the hair or the entire period of use thereof.


Expertise and Testing: Every returned hairpiece undergoes detailed laboratory analysis. Our experts can determine exactly whether the hair has been cared for with the correct products.


Exclusions: Complaints will be rejected immediately if tests show that drugstore products (containing alcohol/silicone) have been used, chemical treatments have taken place (dyeing/bleaching), or there has been mechanical damage due to negligence.
