Complained goods should be sent to Pink Star Beauty with proof of purchase, and completed return form downloaded from our shop. Complaints are dealt with within the statutory period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. After this time you will be informed by e-mail about the way the complaint was handled. In the case of a refund, the payment will be made to the specified bank account within 5 days from the date of the decision.

​Natural hair is a delicate product. Each species requires proper care and mainly on this depends their beauty and vitality. After being cut, hair is subject to chemical treatments (disinfection, bleaching, dyeing). Their vitality and lifespan depends solely on their care, ranging from 12 - 18 months. That is why we do not give guarantees on natural hair.

In case of a complaint, the hair is analysed by an expert who will give an opinion on the hair care. If it has not been carried out according to the recommendations or you have not bought the appropriate cosmetics in our shop you will lose the possibility to exchange your hair. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USING AND TESTING COSMETICS OTHER THAN THOSE RECOMMENDED BY US AND FOR ANY HAIR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THEM.

Any modification (change of colour, structure, change of functionality and purpose) made by the purchaser to the purchased goods will result in the loss of the claim. We are not responsible for damage to the hair caused by insufficient knowledge about hair extensions and fitting techniques.

​We are not responsible for the care of the hair extensions. When filing a claim, in some cases we will require a copy of a certificate that the person applying the hair extensions and thickening has undergone the relevant training. Depending on the settings of your monitor, the colours of your hair may slightly differ from the real ones.

Please be informed that complaints are accepted only in writing to the postal or email address. According to the provision of Article 10 of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights, the customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the returned goods should be sent back at your own expense to the address of PinkStar Beauty. As a seller we are obliged to return the entire value of the purchased goods and the cost of the cheapest shipping offered by our shop. It is the consumer's responsibility to take care of the goods until they are returned. Once he has received the product, he can therefore check its nature, completeness, characteristics or functioning. The buyer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods as a result of improper storage going beyond what is necessary to get to know the thing.

The goods shall be in unaltered condition (i.e. not damaged, not bearing traces of use and in the original packaging). If we find that the goods have been tampered with in the form of signs of use or if the original packaging is damaged, the goods cannot be returned. We will inform you of this situation by e-mail. In this case, we can send the goods back to you at your own expense within 30 days after you have declared your willingness to pay for the shipment. After this time, the goods will be destroyed.

The return shipment must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and a written statement of withdrawal from the contract, together with the account number to which the shop is to return the payment, or full information on the exchange. Within 2 working days the shop will check the product. If the product meets the requirements listed in this section, we will refund the selling price of the product within 5 working days of receiving the return or send you another product.

If you wish to exchange the goods for another, you will have to pay for the re-shipment of the exchanged goods.
