Intellectual property and right of use.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in any material or content provided as part of the PinkStar Beauty Website remain at all times with us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content within the PinkStar Beauty Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content onto one computer hard drive for this purpose. Separation

If any part of the Terms is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms. 

Waiver

No waiver by us will be construed as a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach of any provision.

Survival

Each provision of the Terms will be construed as separately applicable and surviving, even if for any reason any of these provisions is deemed inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstance.

Entire agreement

The Terms (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter in question and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, commitments or proposals, written or oral, between the parties with respect to such matters. No oral explanation or information given by any party will alter the interpretation of the Terms. You acknowledge that, by agreeing to the Terms, you have not relied on any representation except to the extent the same is expressly made as a representation in the Terms and you agree that you will have no recourse in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a condition of the Terms, except that your consent to this section will not apply with respect to any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation, whether or not it has become a condition of the Terms.

Law

The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Prohibitions

You are prohibited from using the PinkStar Beauty website or any of its contents: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to induce others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any law or local ordinance; (d) to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) intimidate, abuse, insult, harm, defame, belittle, intimidate or discriminate on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability; (f) submit false or misleading information (g) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that in any way affects or may affect the functionality or operation of the Service or any related website, other websites or the Internet; (h) collect or track personal information from others; (i) for spam, phishing, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or bypass the security features of the PinkStar Beauty website or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the PinkStar Beauty website or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Force of the majority

PinkStar Beauty will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations below that are caused by force majeure, that is any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts or other industrial action, civil unrest, riot, terrorist attack (or threat), war (or threat) or fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or telecommunication network failure or inability to use railways, shipping, aircraft, car transport or other means of public or private transport.

Purchase of products

Orders from customers

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order recognition policy and availability. All sales are cash. If the Product ordered by you is not available from stock, you cannot place an order on the PinkStar Beauty website. However, if an order is accepted that is currently out of stock, you will be contacted by email and have the option to wait for the item to be in stock or cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

We will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment safe, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you incur. suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to information you provide when accessing or ordering from the PinkStar Beauty website.

Confirmation of order policy

Your order will only be accepted, and a legally binding contract will be entered into between us upon shipment of the product to you.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor is it confirmation of our offer to sell. PinkStar Beauty reserves the right to accept or refuse your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. PinkStar Beauty reserves the right to deliver less than the quantity of an item ordered by you at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you. All orders over € 1,000.00 (incl. VAT or other applicable sales tax) must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment as determined by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting an order.

The contract between you and PinkStar Beauty will be completed upon dispatch of the ordered products, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have canceled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sales contract is completed in England and is subject to Danish law. We reserve the right to decline any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Cancellation Policy

As soon as you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for delivery. You can cancel your order at any time up to delivery. Delivery is understood to mean the moment the article is processed and shipped by the distributor used by PinkStar Beauty.

If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please send an email to infopinkstarbeauty@gmail.com. Please notify us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity. We are unable to cancel an order if delivery has taken place as described above.

Return Policy

Send an email to  infopinkstarbeauty@gmail.com and include the specific and detailed reason (s) why you wish to return an item. Please note: Under no circumstances return goods for any reason without receiving a written return authorization by email from Moteurs Aps. If you do this anyway, the goods will not be accepted and will not be credited.

Return products

Products must be returned to us unused. PinkStar Beauty is responsible for issuing all refunds related to canceled orders and returned books (excluding delivery charges and other incidental charges). Koteurs ApS has the right to withhold or reduce a refund for products that are damaged or otherwise diminished in value. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. PinkStar Beauty does not offer returns. You are responsible for delaying the cost of return shipping if you choose to return products to us. PinkStar Beauty will only pay the costs of return shipping if the products are defective or have been described incorrectly.

No refund will be given until PinkStar Beauty or its designated distributor has received the affected products from you and confirmed that they are undamaged. We will then credit you for the cost of the unwanted products within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Damaged goods

Every product is inspected before it is packaged. In the unlikely event of a problem, please email  infopinkstarbeauty@gmail.com. All details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the PinkStar Beauty website are correct at the time of entry. We strive to keep the PinkStar Beauty website as up to date as possible. However, all information that appears at any given time may not always reflect the exact position at the time you place an order.

Payment

All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will receive an electronic confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail. However, we do not provide any warranty or liability if your information is hacked and used by a third party.
